The World Education Congress of Chinese Medicine 2008, sponsored by World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, organized by Educational Instruction Committee of World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies and Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, will be held in Tianjin, China, from Nov. 5, 2008 to Nov. 6, 2008.
In recent years, along with the rapid development of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) all over the world, TCM education has been paid much attention to. A communication stage will be set up to discuss the common topics on international TCM education development, to study the personnel-training mode that meets the demand of TCM market of various countries in the world, to bring forward operable education standard of TCM specialty for experts and scholars who are engaged in TCM education in different countries of the world by holding this congress. The topics of the congress are:
TCM Education, Standardization and TCM Internationalization.
