A Greeting letter from the Mayor of Toronto, Canada

It is a pleasure for me to extend greetings and best wishes to everyone participating in the Third International Congress on Traditional Medicine. I am delighted that educational events like this one are taking place in Toronto and attracting an international audience.

    Toronto is a great city with enormous spirit. Our vibrant and lively city is ranked as the top business and tourist destination in Canada. With its renowned multicultural heritage and ethnic diversity, it is one of the few cities in the world where virtually everyone is at home.

    Our city is a vibrant, multicultural centre where traditions from all corners of the world are shared and embraced by many. Events that endorse the health and well-being of our communities are encouraged and this conference will no doubt highlight the importance of making informed and educated health choices.
