The 1st World Congress on Artificial Intelligence in TCM Special Seminar on Ancient Text Digitization by the Working Committee of Traditional Chinese Medicine Intangible Cultural Heritage of WFCMS
To promote interdisciplinary integration, drive the intelligent upgrading of the entire TCM industry chain, and enhance the international discourse power of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the 1st World Congress on Artificial Intelligence in TCM, organized by the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies (WFCMS) and hosted by Zhejiang Chinese Medical University(ZCMU), will be held from June 26 to 28, 2026 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. Currently, the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the field of TCM is in the stage of exploration and initial practice. Attempts have been made in areas such as assisted diagnosis and treatment, analysis of classical formulas, new drug development, and intelligent health preservation, showing certain development potential. This conference aims to establish an industry milestone, a global resource hub, and an industrial accelerator, building a “TCM + AI” ecosystem worth hundreds of billions. Experts, scholars, government officials, and corporate representatives from around the world will gather to share cutting-edge theories, technological achievements, implementation cases, and management policies on AI empowering TCM.
To deepen the integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Artificial Intelligence and showcase innovations in “TCM + AI”, the Special Seminar on Ancient Text Digitization by the Working Committee of Traditional Chinese Medicine Intangible Cultural Heritage of WFCMS Sub-forum, organized by the Working Committee of Traditional Chinese Medicine Intangible Cultural Heritage of WFCMS, will be held concurrently. This sub-forum will focus on the international inheritance and innovation of time-honored TCM brands.
